ABOUT WADE & ASSOCIATES BUILDERS
Larry Wade began working in construction in 1974 and began building in Big Sky soon after graduating
from Montana State University in 1979. After working at all aspects of carpentry, he began concentrating
on interior trim work over the next several years. Larry then started a full service cabinet shop in 1990
which has grown to produce the cabinetry, entry doors, and interior trim, which compliments all of the homes,
built by Wade & Associates Builders, Inc. During the winter of 1991 Larry teamed up with Jim Hutchins to
build homes as Hutchins & Wade Builders. Reorganization of the company over a decade later resulted in the
evolution of Wade & Associates Builders, Inc.
Wade & Associates Builders has the desire and ability to work with all members of the building team.
Beginning with the design created by the architect and owner, working through all phases of construction with
building trades people to the final interior design work, we coordinate a team effort to construct the custom
home you desire. With our commitment to building high quality custom homes, we accept only 2 -3 projects each
year. This allows us to focus on detail, accuracy and timeliness in the construction of your new home.
Wade & Associates Builders takes great pride in cultivating communication with our clients. Having worked with
many clients from all across the country, we understand the concerns of undertaking an involved project from
long distance. We also encourage communication well after the homeowner has taken possession to assure that
everything is performing optimally. Our relationship with our clients is such that long after completion we
are welcome to show our projects to prospective new clients. We hope that you, as prospective new clients,
